Registration

Creating an artisan profile and submitting a product for review is currently free. There is therefore no registration payment to refund.

Other charges and marketplace orders

Any separately agreed service charge will be communicated before it applies. Returns and customer refunds for products listed on external marketplaces are subject to the relevant marketplace and order terms. A returned or cancelled order may affect the settlement or put an unpaid payout on hold.

Questions or disputes

If you believe a charge, sale or payout has been recorded incorrectly, contact Handmade Global with the relevant product or order ID. We will review the record and discuss the applicable agreement. No automatic refund or payment integration is provided in this MVP.
