When you register, we collect the profile and contact details you provide, your product information, and the information needed to manage recorded sales and payouts. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not as readable passwords. We do not collect bank details during registration.

We also keep security and activity records, such as account actions, timestamps and IP addresses. Contact messages are stored so the team can respond.

How information is used

We use information to operate the platform, review products, communicate with artisans, prepare marketplace listings, record settlements and protect the service. Relevant product information may be shared with an external marketplace when a product is listed.

Communications and retention

In-app notices are stored on the platform. Email notifications are sent only if email delivery is configured. We retain records as needed for operations, security, settlement and applicable obligations. Please contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements.
