Your work is yours
You remain the owner or controller of your product unless you separately agree otherwise. Each product is linked to your artisan ID to support traceability. By submitting photos and product information, you permit the team to use them for review and, where appropriate, for product presentation and marketplace listing.
Accurate information
Provide truthful details about your products, materials, prices, availability, origin and rights. You are responsible for ensuring that your products and uploaded content do not infringe another person’s rights and meet applicable requirements.
Review and marketplace access
Handmade Global may approve, request changes to or reject a product that does not meet its standards or external marketplace rules. Approval does not guarantee listing, sales or earnings. Marketplace rules, shipping restrictions, customs and import duties may apply.
Sales and payouts
Sales are recorded against the product and artisan ID. The dashboard shows the recorded sale amount, charges and agreed artisan share. Payout is manual and subject to sale verification, settlement and any applicable return, cancellation or separately agreed terms. Ask the team about the commercial agreement before a listing or sale.
